Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

Customer satisfaction is always number one for us, therefore we offer a 100% money back guarantee to our customers. There are of course a few things that we ask before returning a product. If you are simply wanting to cancel an order please contact us immediately to avoid shipment of the product.  Please contact us first to discuss any issues you may have as we may have a simple solution for the issue. If you will be returning a product please keep the following in mind;

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of date shipped
  • The product must be in its original condition (no damaged or missing parts, no foul odors )
  • Any opened products may be subject to a 30% restocking fee depending on condition
  • Non-stocked, special order items carry a 30% restocking fee
  • Any electrical items not installed by us are a final sale and carry no warranty

All shipping costs related to a return will be at the customers expense (unless the shipping error is ours)
Once we receive the product and have inspected it, upon approval, we will process a refund via the original payment method if possible or the best agreeable method. We have very few returns and will always do our best to help meet our customers needs.
